Why vsBadminton exists
About vsBadminton
Doubles Badminton is one of the most popular participation sports in Britain and many other parts of the world.
One of the most common ways people play is a group of 6-30 people book 2-8 courts regularly and play for 1-3 hours, swapping around playing partners and opponents to get a variety of games.
This structure tends to apply, whether it is a group of colleagues playing after work, a group coming together for fun and exercise, or a practice session for a competitive badminton club with league teams.
The difficulty is that, particularly as the number of players and length of session grows, picking games becomes more and more difficult. You want to play with and against different people, you want everyone to get a fair share of court time, and you want games to be close enough to be enjoyable.
vsBadminton is a helper – it takes away the hassle, the delays, and the social stress by picking the games at the touch of a smartphone screen
